Questions to prepare for your visit

Writing down a few examples can help you explain your concerns and priorities. You do not need to diagnose yourself before contacting the office.

Your visit may include discussion of your symptoms, current medications, previous treatment, available records, and how pain affects daily function. Describe both what helped and any problems you experienced. Recommendations depend on your individual medical evaluation.
