Preparing for a Pain-Management Appointment
When available, bring or arrange for relevant records before your visit. This may include documentation from recent pain-management visits, current X-ray or MRI reports, a current medication list, and information about prior treatment.
Weight management, hormone and wellness care, and aesthetics are also available. Pain management remains a primary focus for new-patient care at Canyon Health.
