Samantha Chess, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner practicing in the Phoenix area with more than a decade of experience across multiple healthcare settings.

Career Background

Samantha began her medical career in 2009 as a medical assistant in a primary care office. Her clinical background has included work as a nurse assistant in a hospital and as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at a Level 1 trauma/stroke center.

In 2022, she completed her Master’s Degree in Nursing and earned certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Professional Focus

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Samantha provides comprehensive primary care for patients age 6 and older, including wellness checkups and screenings, management of chronic conditions, and acute care for common illnesses and urgent concerns.
